Travis Jones
Travis started with EAT Club in early 2017 as the Vice President of Food and grew internal food production from 5-7,000 meals daily to 15-18,000 meals daily. Prior to EAT Club, Travis worked at early stage startups like eatsa and The Melt, as well as for major brands such as P.F. Chang’s, St. Regis, Chez Panisse, and The Water Grill.
Alexander chin
With over 10 years in culinary operations and management, Alex has led high-volume establishments like Shake Shack and managed stadium event food production at Aramark, excelling in team leadership and operational efficiency. At EAT Club and Tesla, he scaled operations nationally and managed culinary programs. Now, as Senior Director of Culinary Operations at EAT Club within Compass’ Krafted Kitchen, he drives high-quality meal delivery and cross-functional innovation. Alex brings a wealth of experience in scaling operations, team leadership, and culinary program management to the company, ensuring comprehensive, efficient solutions for clients.
